Klaipeda Business Park Charity Cup 2009...
2009 was a special year for BNTP. We celebrated the fifth anniversary of the Klaipeda Business Park Charity Football Cup. The event this year proved to be a fun day out and was successful in raising much needed funds for the children’s ward of Klaipeda Tuberculosis Hospital.
10 teams and many corporate sponsors participated in the event raising 35,000 Lt. The money will be used to purchase medical equipment as well as toys for the children. Over the past 5 events over 150,000 Lt has been raised for charities throughout the Klaipeda region. BNTP wishes to express its sincere gratitude to our sponsors who continue to support our efforts.

Klaipeda Business Park Charity Cup 2008...
The 2008 Klaipeda Business Park football charity cup has been a huge success. This year 14 companies battled through the tournament with the hope of winning the KVP Charity Cup. In total 56,000 Lt has been raised for Klaipeda City Social Support Centre. The money will be used to part-finance a special needs mini-bus to assist Klaipeda disabled and elderly citizens. BNTP wishes to congratulate Onninen on winning the tournament as well as to express our gratitude to all sponsors and supporters of the event.

Klaipeda Business Park Phase III Opening...
BNTP celebrates the opening of the third building in Klaipeda Business Park. Over 100 guests and representatives gathered to celebrate the opening of the building and sports facilities.
The building, 11,500m2 comprises of multiple units in sizes from 150m2 to 2500m2. Tenants include such companies as Itella Logistics, Kalnapilis-Tauro Grupe, Ad Men and Garant. The third building completes the developments of over 24,000 square metres of commercial, warehousing and office space. |  |

Klaipeda Business Park Charity Cup 2007...
For the third year running, BNTP has organised the KVP Charity Cup. This year twelve teams from eleven companies took part in the tournament with FEZ - Argus emerging as the eventual winner. 2007 has been the most successful year with 35,000 Lita been raised for "Klaipedos 2-oji Spec. BNTP sells Valdeka Shopping Centre...
After having successfully operated the centre and having deveoped an expansion concept, BNTP has sold Valdeka shopping centre in Jelgava, to a strategic owner occupier who has plans to extend the centre. BNTP chose not to get involved in the construction process in Latvia, but rather to focus on other development projects in Lithuania at this time. The sale of Valdeka Shopping Centre has concluded an extremely successful project for BNTP. BNTP will continue expanding its development and investment portfolio in the Baltics. |  |

Klaipeda Business Park Phase III is ready for construction...
BNTP has completed the design and now launches marketing of the third phase of Klaipeda Business Park. The third phase will add a further 11,500 m2 to the existing fully operating park providing a total of over 23,000m2 of commercial, warehousing and office space. | |

Detailed planning is underway for 20-storey office tower...
In the city centre of Klaipeda, BNTP, presents Grandus Business Centre. The Architects commission approved the concept design on the 17th June 2007.The 20 storey office development at over 10,000m2 is currently in its design and marketing stage. The architecturally striking building with glass facades will be situated on Taikos prospektas in Klaipeda city. A multi storey car park will compliment the Business Centre. |  |

Acquisition of Valdeka Shopping Centre complete...
BNTP' first acquisition in Latvia has been concluded. Valdeka shopping centre is located in Jelgava, 42km outside Riga. The total leaseable area is over 12,500m2 with anchor tenants Maxima, Nelss and Cili Pica. Options are currently being researched to more than double the current lease-able area the shopping centre to over 20,000m2. |

BNTP' second shopping centre has been acquired...
BNTP has acquired another shopping centre located in the heart of Klaipeda city. Grandus is among the largest shopping centres in the city with a total leaseable area of over 12,000m2. Premises in Grandus are leased to Norfa, Baldu Rojus, Thomas Philips and BMS amongst others. Adjoining land provides the option for future retail/commercial development. |  |

The Klaipeda Business Park Charity Cup 2005...
BNTP has held a football tournament aimed at raising money for local charities. The Klaipeda Business Park charity cup which took place in September saw eleven companies from the Klaipeda Free Economic Zone battle for the coveted Charity Cup. After several games nine teams were eliminated leaving Phillip Morris and Yazaki to play the final bout. In the end Phillip Morris proved too strong and defeated Yazaki. ::More:: |  |

Acquisition of Shopping Centre in Northern Lithuania...
Baltic Real Estate Developments (BNTP) has acquired a 3200m2 shopping centre in the northern Lithuanian city of Radviliskis. Constructed in 2005 the centre is fully leased to IKI, Drogas, Topocentras and others. Plans to extend the shopping centre on the land plot are currently being developed. |  |

Tenants moving into Phase II of Klaipeda Business Park...
Today, another phase of the multi-phase Klaipeda Business Park opened. Phase II adds a further 8000m2 to the current development of the park. Finnish building materials retailer, Onninen and Klaipeda Free Economic Zone Management Company (LEZ) have already signed lease agreements making them the first tenants of Phase II of Klaipeda Business Park. |  |

Grand Opening of Klaipeda Business Park...
BNTP celebrates the opening of Klaipeda Business Park (KVP), located in the Free Economic Zone (FEZ) in Klaipeda City, by hosting an opening party, attended by local dignitaries, business associates and friends. It is the first modern Business Park to be developed in Lithuania. The first phase has a total lease-able area of 4300m2 with additional phases to follow which will increase the area to over 20,000m2. Europart and BNTP are among the first tenants to avail of the modern facilities offered in Klaipeda Business Park. |  |
